Oh boy gotta write speedy

Hello hello hello hello everyone!

I think I will continue to be bad at these so yay:)

I don't have much time to write this!! I literally have 9 minutes:) So it will have to be short! But I had my first Baptism last night! It was so fun! And super nerve wracking because I gave the talk on baptism which 1. I'm not super confident in that subject:( and 2. I waited to the last minute to prepare like I do! Aaaa! But that one scripture that says something about the words being given to you in the very moment is sososo true. Even if it does just feel like word vomit in the moment lol.

Anyways. It was so amazing though. I just felt the spirit witness to me that I just need to be grateful for the opportunity I have to be here and be a part of all this. Because truly I am not changing anything out here. It is the Lords work. (Which also means less stress so that's nice:)

Also maybe everyone always knew this, but I found it pretty awesome in my personal study a few days ago so you're gonna hear about it:)

1 Nephi 4: 1

"And it came to pass that I spake unto my brethren, saying: Let us go up again unto Jerusalem, and let us be faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord; for behold he is mightier than all the earth, then why not mightier than Laban and his fifty, yea, or even than his tens of thousands?"

It kinda hit me for the first time what it really means to be FAITHFUL in keeping the Lords commandments. I always thought it was to be true or obedient. Kinda like being faithful to your spouse. But it means to EXCERCISE FAITH in keeping the Lords commands. Idk how I never put this together bc literally 1 Nephi 3:7!!! How much more faithful can you get than that.

But if you are struggling with doing the things the lord has commanded you to do, I highly suggest going and reading chapters 3 and 4 looking out for how we can move forward in faith! And see God's commands as an opportunity to excercise faith! It's not only about obedience!

Love you all!!!!!!!!!<3
