 ¡Feliz Año Nuevo!

¡Happy new year a todos!

This week was a pretty fun and eventful one! So many celebrations and so many spiritual experiences! Much better than last we I have to say.

Tuesday I was able to do intercambios with an elder in my district who's name is Elder Pinto. He's from Chile. He came to my area and it was a blast. We were able to find a lot of people that I haven't been able to find. We taught people super clearly about the importance of the church and baptism so I hope that we can see some more people progress in this area thanks to us teaching super clearly and directly about baptism.

Wednesday passed by super quick because we had meetings with the ward and then we had some Elders come and sleep in our apartment for our Christmas activity.

Thursday we had our Christmas activity and it was so much fun! We had three zone together so we had about sixty missionaries together. I got to see so many of my mission friends. We got to laugh and just have a fun activity. Literally I love our mission president because they made such a fun activity.

Friday was super fun too because I got to go and do another exchange this time with Elder Caceres in his area. It was super fun to see how his friends were doing and help teach him how he can better teach his friends and hopefully they can continue to progress.

On Saturday we finished our exchanges and then went and bought groceries because New Years day is on P-Day. After that we went and visited some of our converts and progressing friends. We ended up having a miracle happen because we put one of the daughters of on of the recent converts on date. Her names Elizabeth. So we will see if she ends up progressing.

Sunday was an amazing day. I got to go to church and take the sacrament which is always amazing. We had a really good class too which we learned about taking advantage of the good times we have. We then had a big BBQ at a member's house and we also had a big dinner too. All to celebrate the new year! I ended the day on the roof of our apartment building watching all of the fireworks going off. It was so cool!

This week was better than last week like I said. Not many of my situations of changed but my attitude and my perspective has changed. I've learned that it's important to always show our love for other in whatever opportunities. I've always learned that it's important to think positively but especially have positive feelings for yourself. It makes for all the better during your days. I may not be able to change the circumstances I'm in but I'm willing go improve my attitude little by little.

That's it for this week!

¡Adíos!
Love, Elder Acor
