Trials of Life

¡Hola mi familia y a mis amigos!

This week was honestly just a little bit crazy and maybe a bit long. To start off with this entire week it was raining there was not a ray of sunshine for a whole week. I was also sick for most of this week so that made it feel long too. We did see crazy miracles though and it shows that prayers are working!

I started off this week doing exchanges with Elder Fletcher and like always it was a blast! Elder Fletcher has about four months in the mission so it is fun to see his enthusiasm and how I could teach him new things. It was a little difficult because it rained so much and the Paraguayos here do not really want to listen when it rains.

Wednesday was another chill day because it was raining a lot. We did have an English class that we have been doing. No one showed up but that's fine because we got to eat a ton of brownies!

Thursday was a super good day. We got to say goodbye to a missionary who was finishing her mission then we went and worked. We went and talked with Claudio and he said he wanted to be baptized! He honestly has a long road for him so please pray for him. Then that day I also got sick.

The rest of the week I was fairly sick but the work went on and we had some solid lessons. Then Sunday rolled around and it was raining and Claudio still came so that was awesome! Please pray that he can have strength in these times he really needs it!

Thanks for reading my email and I hope you have an amazing week!

¡Adios!

Love, Elder Acor
