THE SPIRIT OF GOD LIKE A FIRE IS BURNING

Wowowowow what a weeeeek. I had lots of fun and crazy adventures but overall one of the most spiritual times of my life. 

Tuesday we had interviews and district council and my mission president told us they are announcing the open house dates for the feather river temple in a couple of weeks! We were also able to go to the temple with our recent convert Davin and we had a lesson with our friend Jacob in the waiting room. We went over the baptismal interview questions and the spirit was unstoppable. I just know that there is no better place than the temple and that it is our glimpse into the reality of our divinity. Jacob is hopefully going to be on date for baptism soon but his life is crazy! He got bit by a dog that had rabies and then he waited for us to finish baptisms before he left for the er and then told us he doesn't have rabies but does have a bad infection. He used that as an excuse to get off work and have more lessons with us and we just went with it. He is okay now but wow it was intense. 

Wednesday we were able to go to the temple again for initiatories and an endowment session and wow wow it was amazing. Go to the temple as soon as you can!!! There is more emphasis on Jesus Christ and his role as our Savior and it was very spiritual. I felt my saviors love. 

Thursday we had miracle exchanges and we were able to find some people ready for the gospel in the Spanish area. One guy named Diego talked for us for like an hour and at the end he was like "I can tell there is something different about you guys" AHHH HE FELT THE SPIRITTTTT

Friday was zone conference and over and over my mind was blown with my favorite scripture stories being talked about and focusing on members and everything that was said it felt like heavenly father was saying it directly to me. The closing hymn was the spirit of god like a fire is burning and I was just crying. Especially because one of my favorite sisters is going home and she was crying but it was just so good. 

Saturday we had a crazy service project with a bunch of people helping us rake some leaves and we had to leave in the middle of it to Plan a zone council meeting but at the end the lady talked to us for another hour and she was so grateful. It is incredible to directly help others feel the savior's love. 

Sunday was sister allred day. She spoke and played the viola in our family ward and it was AWESOME. She played if you could hie to Kolob and the spirit was so strong. Our ysa is always awesome but this time it was super special because we had a FareComing with one ysa leaving on a mission and one that had just gotten back. They both spoke about relying on the spirit and boom boom boom i just kept getting smacked with the saviors love. It was incredible. 

I know this was a crazy week and it wasn't always perfect. There were plenty of rough moments. But I also know that obedience can take us pretty far and just trusting heavenly father that everything will be okay is all you really can do. I hope you all can feel his love this week. I know He tries to show you every day. 💗💗

Therefore, dearly beloved brethren, let us cheerfully do all things that lie in our power; and then may we stand still, with the utmost assurance, to see the salvation of God, and for his arm to be revealed

  7/21/25 Sorry i dont have much time tonight. This week was amazing.  - temple on tuesday was awesome - healing from my infection in my leg and im cleared to still go to raro on thursday - lots of lessons this week - exchanges with the APs - lots of spirit felt and testimony grown of the saviors atonement  - ward conference - amazing lesson to set a baptismal date with your friend nate - district FHE with mission president and his wife to celebrate us winning in our challenge this transfer As a mission we just hit our baptismal goal for 3 transfers in a row now. With the goal increasing drastically each transfer. It is amazing to see the Lord progressing his work here in auckland and i feel very blessed to be a part of it. I gave had a strong testimony building week and i am on a spiritual high. I really want to keep this going and keep relying on the lord in all things! I have loved this transfer and the many hardships have made it a very special transfer in my mission....

 Bike Problems Kia Orana Sorry i got no time for this email. This week was awesome as always. We found lots of new people which is always exciting. We had lots of bike problems this weekend and i also crashed on the bike lol. Anyways, in keen for this next upcoming week. We are gonna be pushing yo get a lot of ppl at sacrament so they can see the blessings that come from it! I'm loving my area, the branch is awesome, everyone is so sweet and God is good! Ka kite!

  Happy Tuesday morning!! ☀️☀️ it’s a lovely day so far:) Ok! So here’s an experience I have been feeling like I want to share with you all: Maybe a week ago? Ish? I was in the temple for to do initiatories. I can’t remember if I had an appointment or I was just walking in… I think I was just walking in.  The PCC temple has a really good system for helping people who walk in w/out an appointment be able to do initiatories. However after they got my name and all that jazz they asked me to sit in the front area where the desk is instead of in the back near the booths bc the benches back there were full. This was sorta upsetting to me, I had gone that day really hoping to be able to feel the spirit. But being up there near the desk meant I had to try and tune out all the happenings and chatting there. Recently I’ve discovered that when I’m anxious I can get pretty sound sensitive. So if there’s any noise going on it can completely overwhelm me with anxious thoughts.  I start...
