A Perfect Message

¡Hola mi familia y a mis amigos!


First things first shout out to my mom for winning the school board election this week! She is so amazing. This week was super eventful so let us just get right into it. This Wednesday was the Censo here in Paraguay. This is basically just a day where everyone stays inside and does nothing all day because they are counting how many people live here in Paraguay. It was super boring because we just stayed in our apartment all day and did nothing. We had someone come to our apartment and ask us questions and then after that nothing. The next day though is where something amazing happened. Elder Renlund came to Paraguay to meet and talk with all the missionaries! It was so amazing and I got to shake his hand so that was super cool. That was my first time ever I was able to meet an apostle. We got to listen to other general authorities and it was amazing all for about five hours. Then Friday and Saturday we did a ton of contacting of inactive families and it went really well. There are a lot of people that we can find to baptize while we reactivate these families. Then Sunday was amazing like always. We got two inactive families to come back to church for the first time in years! Also I was able to give a talk. It was so amazing and people actually understood what I was saying so I am super happy about that. It is so nice being able to see the impact that the church has on people's lives and I can not wait to see how it blesses them. Also Sunday we were just walking down the street and there was a birthday party for this one year old and we were invited to go participate. They gave us hotdogs and soda and it was awesome. Paraguayos are just super inviting.


There were so many amazing insights from Elder Renlund and I want to focus on two that he gave us missionaries. One feeling that I had when we were waiting for Elder Renlund to show up was a little weird. In this conference that we had we had both of the Paraguay missions come. This means that there were 300+ missionaries here at this conference. I was really feeling like how am I special, how am I different from all these other missionaries. The conference started and one of the first things that Elder Renlund said was that he was here to thank us for serving a mission. He said that Jesus Christ wants us to know that this is the mission for us and that we are here to bless lives. It really touched my heart and comforted my doubt that I had. One amazing thing that Elder Renlund taught also is how to feel confident as a missionary. I know this feeling all too well. Not feeling confident in my message, not feeling confident in my Spanish, my knowledge about the gospel, but what he shared was that I do not need to be a perfect messenger because I have a perfect message. The perfect message that Jesus Christ lives, he loves us, and through him we can return to our loving Heavenly Father again in heaven. This was amazing. I know that I will never be a perfect messenger but what will never change is my perfect message.


This week go and share this perfect message. Share with all your friends and family of God's love you never know who may need it this week.

  7/21/25 Sorry i dont have much time tonight. This week was amazing.  - temple on tuesday was awesome - healing from my infection in my leg and im cleared to still go to raro on thursday - lots of lessons this week - exchanges with the APs - lots of spirit felt and testimony grown of the saviors atonement  - ward conference - amazing lesson to set a baptismal date with your friend nate - district FHE with mission president and his wife to celebrate us winning in our challenge this transfer As a mission we just hit our baptismal goal for 3 transfers in a row now. With the goal increasing drastically each transfer. It is amazing to see the Lord progressing his work here in auckland and i feel very blessed to be a part of it. I gave had a strong testimony building week and i am on a spiritual high. I really want to keep this going and keep relying on the lord in all things! I have loved this transfer and the many hardships have made it a very special transfer in my mission....

 Bike Problems Kia Orana Sorry i got no time for this email. This week was awesome as always. We found lots of new people which is always exciting. We had lots of bike problems this weekend and i also crashed on the bike lol. Anyways, in keen for this next upcoming week. We are gonna be pushing yo get a lot of ppl at sacrament so they can see the blessings that come from it! I'm loving my area, the branch is awesome, everyone is so sweet and God is good! Ka kite!

  Happy Tuesday morning!! ☀️☀️ it’s a lovely day so far:) Ok! So here’s an experience I have been feeling like I want to share with you all: Maybe a week ago? Ish? I was in the temple for to do initiatories. I can’t remember if I had an appointment or I was just walking in… I think I was just walking in.  The PCC temple has a really good system for helping people who walk in w/out an appointment be able to do initiatories. However after they got my name and all that jazz they asked me to sit in the front area where the desk is instead of in the back near the booths bc the benches back there were full. This was sorta upsetting to me, I had gone that day really hoping to be able to feel the spirit. But being up there near the desk meant I had to try and tune out all the happenings and chatting there. Recently I’ve discovered that when I’m anxious I can get pretty sound sensitive. So if there’s any noise going on it can completely overwhelm me with anxious thoughts.  I start...
