WEAKly:)) but actually not because Jesus is Strong

Hiiii iaorana

So this week I listened to a lot of Christmas music. Not quite sure why, but I guess I'm trying to process going home in a month....

As you all know, I'm terrible at writing so I figured I should take the time to write an email now, cause I'm not quite sure how much I'll write before I'm just Emily again. This week's email is gonna be a little different:)

I wanna explain why being just Emily again is something that makes me so sad, scared, happy, excited, etc. This Emily is gonna be different! JESUS CHRIST HAS CHANGED ME. if you offer your imperfections to Christ and ask him to help you change them, he will do just that. He will help you become someone capable of helping orchestrate miracles! I wasn't so proud of who I was before. I was ashamed of the person I let others and the world mold me into, and I wanted to change. At the beginning of my mission, I started to take inventory of what I needed/ wanted to change and realized it was a lengthy list. I straight up offered my entirety to the Savior. I have spent the last year and a half of my life asking, working, and praying to be transformed into the person he knows I can be. Well. I'm not there yet. I have failed every single day, but I HAVE CHANGED. I'm still short, I'm still more stubborn than I should be, and I still worship the ground that Taylor swift walks on, but I know God lives, I know he loves his children, and I KNOW THAT CHRIST DIED AND SUFFERED FOR ME AND FOR YOU!!!

Anyways I just think it's so cool that real transformation is possible!

This week I biked more than I ever have, which is silly cause I've been in a biking area my entire mission.

I also saved another baby kitten, which would be the second time on my mission, kinda cute and I love cats so yay. I did have to bike two miles while carrying him, and he did bite my thumb while I was feeding him some chicken, and it did draw blood, so I'm kinda scared I might accidentally get a parasite...

Our friend Tano is on date and he is so cool!! He sings I am a child of God by himself to practice.

God is so good and you are cool!
